City breaks in Nottingham

Old Market Square stands at the heart of Nottingham city centre surrounded by superb shopping, historic attractions and great food and drink. With so much to see and do it’s no wonder that Nottingham is a popular short break destination.

The tram system allows you to get around Nottingham easily. The short ride from Old Market Square to the Lace Market area of the city takes you to a stylish area of converted lace factories, contemporary buildings and even converted churches.

To the north of Old Market Square you’ll find Theatre Square which is dominated by The Royal Centre and the Cornerhouse the perfect place to catch a show and a romantic meal. For shopaholics, the Victoria Centre is nearby too offering all the major high street brand names.
